Green Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup kale or spinach (high in fiber, rich in nutrients)
1/2 cucumber (hydrating and low-calorie)
1/2 green apple (sweetness and fiber content)
1/2 lemon (vitamin C and detoxification capabilities)
One tbsp. of chia seeds (omega-3 fatty acids, fiber)
One glass of water or unsweetened almond milk (for hydration purposes).
1 tsp. ginger root powder to make it a little spicy.
Instructions:
